In my personal experience they are always academically inferior and reliant on collusion and nepotism to advance socially and professionally.
They assume religious scholarship (a ticket to a political future) is an effective substitute for competence or intellectual inferiority.
There is probably a linear and exponential relationship between Sudan's deterioration and the nepotistic appointment of young kezan.
And I wager that their adherence to an arab racial identity is an escape...an escape from the reality that they are just another worthless African dictatorship.
