بدء التقديم للتجديد لبرنامج الحمايه المؤقته TPS لمواطني السودانيين في امريكا واعاده فتحه لمواطني جنوب السودان
للاخوه من السودان الذين لديهم TPS بامكانهم التقديم للتجديد لمده جديده مدتها 18 شهر ولكن للاسف لم يشمل القرار اعاده فتح التقديم للجميع كما حصل اخر مره
اما للاخوه الذين قدموا المره الاخيره ولم يستلموا الموافقه الاخيره او الرفض من الاحسن ان يقدموا للتجديد ايضا خلال مده ال 60 يوم المزكوره لان كثير من الاخوه لم يستلموا الرد النهائي حتي الان

أما بالنسبه للاخوه مواطني جنوب السودان فبامكانهم للذين لديهن TPS ان يجددوه وللذين لم يقدموا سابقا بامكانهم التقديم لاول مره اعادوا فتح البرنامج لجميع المتواجدين في امريكا من تاريخ صدور القرار سبتمبر 2-2014 هذا بالنسبه لمواطني جنوب السودان فقط
