إنسان

الشعب الطيب والدىّ

الحزب حبيبى وشريانى

أدانى بطاقة شخصيّه

من غيرو الدنيا وقبالو

قدامى جزائر وهميّه

لا لون..

لا طعم..

ولا ريحه

وايام مطفيّه مصابيحها

زي نجمه بعيده ومنسيّه

المهنه:

بناضل وبتعلم..

تلميذ فى مدرسة الشعبِ

المدرسة..

فاتحه على الشارع

والشارع فاتح فى القلبِ

والقلب..

مساكن شعبيّه

ودينى محل ما تودينى

شرّد اخواتى واخوانى

فتش أصحابى وجيرانى

خلينى فى سجنك...

وانسانى

في سجنك جُوّه زنازين

أرمينى وكتّف ايدىّ

من أجل الشعب السودانى

وعشان أطفالنا الجايين..

والطالع ماشى الورديّه

وحياه الشعب السودانى

فى وش المدفع

تلقانى

قدام السونكى

حتلقانى

وانا بهتف تحت السكين

الثوره طريقى وايامى

معدوده

وتحيا الحرّيه

Human Being
The kind folks are my parents
The Party,
My love and my Artery,
Issued me an ID

Before him; without him
The world is a spread of Mirage islands:
No color
No flavor
No odor
And Days of extinguished lamps
Like a forgotten remote star

My Job:
Is to struggle and learn
I am a student in the people’s school
The school opens to the road
The road leads to my heart
My heart is a populace residences

Take me to wherever you want
Expel my brothers and sisters
Chase my friends and neighbors
Lock me in your prison
And abandon me
In the cells there
Tie my hands and toss me

For the sake of the Sudanese people,
Our forthcoming children
And the worker who is going out to catch his shift

By the life of the Sudanese people
And for their sake
You will see me facing the cannon
Defying the dagger
And roaring under the blade

If my days are numbered
The revolution is my way
Viva Freedom
