هذه البصات اشتعلت في قارس برد مالطا و زمهريرها فكيف في لظى الخرطوم وسعيرها لعلها ستلفظ ركابها حمما بركانية.

Bye bye bendy buses - off to Sudan within four weeks

UPDATE 1
The 81 bendy buses offered up for sale earlier this month have been bought, a spokesperson for the Transport Minister confirmed this morning.
The buses were inherited by the government when it took over the bus service from Arriva last month.
The 81 Mercedes Citaro 18m articulated buses were offered up for sale in ‘tale quale’ condition.
One of the conditions of the sale is that the bendy-buses cannot be used locally.
No warranty or guarantee for the buses was given to the buyer.
In a statement issued this evening, the government said the bendy buses will be exported to Sudan after a Maltese company offered €601,200 (excluding VAT) for the vehicles.
The call for expressions of interest closed on 14 February; three offers were received.
The chosen company will be signing the acceptance letter and pay a deposit by Friday. It is obliged to export the buses within four weeks.

GL, the last person you should blame is AG.
He is a lawyer not a bus specialist. If any, it was the poor choice of Arriva, and, by the way, don't let Mercedes know that you think that their buses were 'headaches'. They may sue you for damages! LOL
A bad workman quarrels with his tools but when convenient we seem to side with the operator rather than teach him a better way to use the tools. Does it not strike you kind of odd that the bendy-buses started catching fire and in rapid succession just before Arriva left this impossible island of ours?
As to who bought them - that's a State secret, however, who cares?
As to the amount they sold for - it is not in the public' interest to know. So there!

Joe I mentioned that possibility of tempering a few times but nobody paid attention at the time. Now we know who the buyer is and all we have to find out is at what price did the Government sell these bendy buses to Sudan and what was the loss to the Tax Payer?. After all the public has a right to know unless all of a sudden we have turned into a Third World Country.

And the BUYER is? Please don't leave us in suspense. We would like to know who the idiot is that bought these 81 headaches. And how much did these 81 headaches sell for? As everyone can see, we bought these Bendy Buses as is and look what happened. Thank you AG.

واحد وثمانون بصا
مرسيدس تمام سحبها من لندن بسبب عيوب فنية ومن ثم تم تشغيلها في مالطا فاشتعلت فيها النيران فتم بعها للسودان بأكثر من أربعة ملايين دولار!

صدقت أخي هذه البصات لا تستطيع تحمل سخانة السودان والطرق الوعرة في السودان بعد أن إنتهت صلاحيتها.

شيء مهم جدا جدا يا جماعه
البصات عملت في بريطانيا ومالطا
ذكر أحد الأخوان إنه الدركسون يمين
الشيء المهم هو إنه البصات صنعت لبلد الحركه فيها يسار
يعني ابواب الركاب للنزول والطلوع للبص هي من جهة اليسار لجسم البص
يعني غير إنه البص دركسونه يمين وده في حد ذاتها معاناه للسائق
البص يقيف في شوارعنا الضيقه ديك والركاب ينزلوا ويركبوا من نص الشارع
وهاك يا حوادث
وهاك يا ظيطه وظمبليطه
هذا إذا إفترضنا إنه اليصات بحاله جيده
أليس هنالك من عاقل يرجع إليه في مثل هذه الأمور
