ICC, Justice of the White against African Leaders; Le Monde
Paris – an article issued by the French Le Monde described the ICC as racist in administering justice and also accused intelligence agencies of involvement in buying witnesses to give false testimonies. The article said the ICC acts only when Africans are involved.
The French newspaper issued an article captioned "the ICC, justice of the white" in which it highlighted the recent AU summit held to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the African Union. It said in that summit the African leaders discussed the strategy pursued by the AU in dealing with the ICC. It highlighted the Ethiopian Prime Minister Hile Mariam Desalign's criticism of the court for being racist. The article also highlighted the ICC indictment of the elected president of Kenya Kenyatta which was considered by Africans as threat to peace and security in the continent.
The article criticized the performance of the ICC Prosecutor Louis Moreno-Ocampo who had relied on reports issued by NGOs and UN. The article indicated that the indictment of President Al-Bashir confirmed that the court is political and it carries out the will of the superpowers.

الجهل فى ان تقوم مجموعات انفصالية. تدعو الى تقاسم السلطة والثروة
فى بلاد لا توجد فيها تنمية ومصنفة ضمن الدول الفقيرة ولم تحقق الاكتفاء الذاتى
الجهل ان تتصارع المجموعات بدل ان ان تطرح حلول تساعد على وضع الدولة
فى طريق التنمية المستدامة التى تحقق الرخاء للجميع

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is conducting a "sort of racial hunting" in not pursuing that Africans, said Monday the president of the African Union (AU), the Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, after the close of the summit ######### of State of the organization in Addis Ababa.
During the creation of the ICC, "the goal was to avoid any kind of impunity, but now the process has degenerated into a kind of racial hunting," he said, after a summit called for the transfer to the Kenyan justice prosecutions by the ICC against the President and Kenyan Vice President for crimes against humanity.
"African leaders do not understand the proceedings against these presidents (both leaders of the Kenyan Executive), so I think the ICC needs to see that she should not pursue Africans," he said at a press .
Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto, elected in March, respectively President and Vice-President of Kenya, are prosecuted by the ICC for their alleged role in the organization of the terrible violence that followed the presidential elections in Kenya in December 2007.
The violence had quickly evolved into clashes between communities, accompanied by brutal murders, rape and mutilation, killing more than 1,000 people dead and hundreds of thousands displaced in a few weeks.
The Uhuru Kenyatta trial to begin July 9 in The Hague, the seat of the ICC. Of William Ruto should have started on Tuesday, but was postponed indefinitely in early May.
"99% of those charged by the ICC are African, so it shows that something is biased in the ICC system and we oppose it," said the Prime Minister of Ethiopia.
Since its inception, the ICC has actually charged thirty people, all Africans, for crimes that occurred in eight African countries (Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Uganda, Sudan [Darfur], Kenya, Libya, Cote d Ivoire, Mali).
But investigations in the DRC, Central African Republic, Mali and Uganda have been at the request of the States concerned are parties to the Rome Statute, the ICC's founding. Cases concerning Darfur and Libya - not signed - have been at the request of the Security Council of the UN, while the ICC prosecutor has self-entered on the Kenyan and Ivorian records.
The ICC was authorized in 2010 the prosecutor to prosecute because of "the failure of the Kenyan authorities" to establish the main responsibility for the post-election violence in late 2007 and early 2008.
Several African ######### of state have recently accused the ICC of targeting only Africans.

الإخوة المماحكين أصلا ليس قصدهم المعرفة بل الشنأنة والمشاححة
في الحوار يعرف موقف الرجل الشجاع الذي يستبصر الحق ويصدح به وإن خالف توجهاته الفكرية والسياسية
ويشد على يد محاوره ، بدى عن المهاترات، وجيبوا لينا عضم الخبر، الحلفان بالطلاق، وسح الدولارات
فالقضية المسارة لا تخص شعب ولا بلد بعينه، بل هي قضية قارة بأكملها، هي قضية فادة أفارقة يأبون أن يكونوا مطية
في يد دول الإستكبار العالمي، لتمكينهم من نهب خيرات وموارد دولهم من أجل رفاه شعوب تلك الدول وتسلطهم على رقاب شعوب العالم

يا رجل الموضوع قالوا في الليموند الفرنسية تمشي تقول لي انجليزي ؟ انا ما عندي مشكلة مع الانجليزية او الفرنسية او العربية ، بس كلام صاحبنا حمد غريب و فيه تشويه لوجه الحقيقة.. هناك فرق بأن يقول زعماء افريقيا و علي رأسهم البشير بأن المحكمة تستهدفهم بوصفهم افارقة ! ماذا كنا نتوقع من امثالهم ان يقولوا. و هذا خلاف ما ذكره الاخ حمد من ان الصحيفة قد عبرت موقفها بتلك اللغة............ جوهر الخلاف هو بين نقل خبر و تبني موقف .
