Four Staffers Honored for Exemplary Performance5/16/2013 11:55 AM

Three employees from the HRPandDD and one from the Project Office were felicitated by the higher management on Wednesday, May 15th 2013 for their outstanding performance in processing staff appraisals (performance management process) over the last three years.



Issuing the letter of appreciation on behalf of H.E. The Executive President, Mr. Khalid Moosa Al Zadjali, Vice President HRMD congratulated all the four recipients – Mr. Said Al Anbouri, Mr. Younis Al Zadjali, Ms. Rawdha Al Sajwani and Mr. Mamdouh Mukhtar – and hoped that they will continue to perform meritoriously in the future as well.



Mr. Mukhtar from the Project Office was instrumental in providing technical/system support in implementing the performance management process during the years 2012-13.

In addition to the letter of appreciation, the four employees were also issued a silver coin each as a mark of appreciation for their hard work and outstanding performance.



Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ali Taleb Manager HR Services and Employee Relations and Mr. Hamdoon Al Mahrouqi, Manager HRPandDD congratulated the recipients and said that the HR team (above staff) was working late beyond the normal office hours throughout the Performance Management Process to complete a host of tasks such as review of KPIs submitted by all departments / Domains, preparation of the annual increments tabulation, review of the recommendations for promotions in line with the promotions criteria and records the applicable observations on the final reports, etc.,



All the employees from the three HR domains, HRPandDD, HR Services and Employee Relations and the Pay and Benefits domain were present on the occasion.
