It is true, Professor Francis Mading Deng Koul Arop, a world renown legal scholar, diplomat and a UN expert on genocide has volunteered to represent South Sudan in the United Nations.
He has just quit his prestigious post at the UN as the Organization's Special Adviser on Genocide to represent his country at this critical juncture.
