– الحرية للمعتقلين أو منحهم حقوقهم...

Quote: في ليلة 25 يناير تم اعتقال افراد من مجموعة قرفنا الشبابية من قبل جهاز الامن بعد تنظيمهم لندوة عن الوضع التنموي والانساني في شرق السودان . في نفس الوقت كانت اسرة د. بشري قمر صامدين بعد 7 اشهر من اعتقاله في 25 يونيو 2011 ومنتظرين تقديمه للمحاكمة . الجدير بالذكر ان د. قمر تم اعتقاله لنشاطه في مجال حقوق الانسان في جنوب كردفان . كما ان اسرة الكاتب والفنان عبدالمنعم رحمة و11 معتقل اخرين علي الاقل لا توجد لدينا معلومات عن مكان وجودهم وقلقين علي تقديمهم لمحاكمة غير مدنية للزعم انهم ينتمون للحركة الشعبية المحظورة في السودان . خلال ندوة قرفنا التي استضافت عدد من المتحدثين من شرق السودان تحدثت والدة المعتقل الطالب وعضو حركة قرفنا تاج السر جعفر عن اعتقال ابنها الذي قارب الشهر وقالت ان مسئول امني لمح لها ان ابنها قد يواجه معاملة سيئة داخل المعتقل . اعضاء حركة قرفنا الذين تم اعتقالهم يوم الاحد الموافق 25 يناير 2012 هم : ناجي موسي عمار ضرار غازي الطيب شريف كمال عمر حامد محمد عمر الامين ( محمد محجوب) وخلف سعيد ايضاَ تم اعتقال الناشطين من شباب لاجل التغيير بعد قيام الندوة وهم : مجدي عكاشة حاتم شناب ياسين سعيد وقد تم ترحيل جميع المعتقلين لسجن كوبر دون توجيه اي تهم لهم وفقا لحديث احد محاميى حركة قرفنا. في يوم الأحد والإثنين ، تم إطلاق سراح أربعة شباب من شباب لأجل التغير ولكن حالياً يوجد الكثير من المعتقلين في كوبر. تطالب أسر كل المعتقلين لأسباب تتعلق باحتجاجهم السلمي و ممارستهم حرية التعبير أن يتم : اطلاق سراح جميع المعتقلين فورا . توجيه اتهامات لهم وتقديمهم لمحاكمة مدنية عادلة وشفافة واعطائهم الحق في توكيل محامين يتم اختيارهم من قبل أسر المعتقلين. السماح لأسرهم بزيارتهم خلال فترة الاعتقال تقديم الخدمات الطبية اذا استدعي الامر. احتجازهم في مكان مناسب و مريح العريضة ترسل ل: السيد رئيس جمهورية السودان -المشيرعمر البشير مكتب الرئيس قصر الشعب صندوق بريد -281 الخرطوم 00249183774339 محمد عطا المولى عباس مدير جهاز الأمن والمخابرات الوطني السوداني الرئاسة – مدير جهاز الأمن والمخابرات الوطني السوداني الخرطوم محمد بشرى دوسة وزير العدل و النائب العام وزارة العدل صندوق بريد-774 الخرطوم – السودان

Quote: Free detainees or give them rights On the night of 25 January 2012, five members from the youth group, Girifna, were arrested by the National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) following an event organized by Girifna to discuss the development and human rights situation in East Sudan. On the same day, the family of Dr. Bushra Gamar was marking his 7 months in detention and waiting for him to face a fair trial. Gamar was arrested on 25 June 2011 for his human rights activism in Southern Kordofan. The families of well-known writer and artist , Abdelmoniem Rahma, and at least 11 other detainees have no information about their whereabouts and are worried that any trial they face will not be a civilian trial as they are allegedly affiliated with the banned SPLM-North.During the Girifna event which hosted a number of speakers from East Sudan. The mother of another high-profile detainee, a young student and Girifna member, Taj Al Sir Gaafar spoke about her son’s month-long detention and said that a security official has implied to her that her son will face abuse.The Girifna members detained on Wednesday are, Nagi Musa, Amar Dirar, Gazi Altayeb, Shareef Kamal, Omar Hamid, Mohamed Omer Al Amin ( Mohamed Mahjoub). Other youth activists involved with Girifna and Youth For Change were also arrested over the weekend, they are Khalaf Saeed, Yasin Saeed, Hatim Shinab and Magdi Akashah. The detainees were taken to Kober Prison where they have not been charged so far according to one of Girifna’s lawyers.
