إختار نادي القصة النرويجي بعد إجرئه إستبيان لأفضل 100 عمل أدبي في تاريخ الروايه ، وقد ظهرت ضمن القائمة رائعة أديبنا الكبير الطيب صالح موسم الهجرة إلي الشمال، ولم يكن إختيار الرواية مفاجأة بأي حال من الأحوال

How lucky was our generation and those generations before ours. I could say most of our generation has read at least 90 books out of the list. The last book I read was Things Fall Apart.

أليس من المفرح أن يكتب إسم أديبنا الكبير وإسم بلادنا مع كتاب عظام أمثال جين أوستن،بلزاك،بكيت، إيميلي برونتي، البرت كامو ، دانتي،تشرلز دكنز،دستويفسكي ، إليوت، جابريك جارسيا ماركيز،لوركا، جوته،جوجول،جونتر جراس ، همنجواي، إبسن، كافكا،نابوكوف،جورج أورويل،إدجار ألان بو، جلال الدين الرومي، شكسبير، سوفوكليس، توليستوي،تشيخوف، مارك توين وغيرهم من العظماء، في بلاد أخري يعتبر أمثال الطيب صالح رمز من رموز البلاد، وعند حكومة الجبهة كاتب خارج عن نطاق أدبهم تمنع رواياته من أن تدرس في الجامعات

لا زال من الصعب استيعاب قرار الحظر على رواية موسم الهجرة الى الشمال للطيب صالح فى السودان ، فهذه الرواية هى ببساطة شديدة اهم عمل فنى قدمه السودان الى العالم خلال القرن العشرين على الاقل 0 فهذه الرواية التى تألق مؤلفها فى خلق حوار بين الداخل والخارج وبين المحلى والعالمى ستبقى اهم نافذة ثقافية اطل منها العالم على السودان والعكس صحيح

أليس من من شر البلية أن تمنع رواية موسم الهجرة إلي الشمال من أن تدرس للطلبه في السودان بينما تختار في بلاد أخري كواحدةمن أروع ما قدمه العقل البشري في تاريخ العمل الأدبي؟
ومن الذي يمنع ويوافق واحد زي سبدرات غاية ما قدمه للأدب ـ زي لون المنقه الشايل المنقه وشر البلية مايضحك

و الله هذا ليس الا انصاف دولي فرضه الاديب الطيب صالح ابن كرمكول الفذ
بروائعه الادبية ذات المضمون و المفهوم الذان اخرجان الرواية السودانية الي نطاق الدولية ..ونحن جد محظوظين بأن نعاصر هذا الرائع الطيب صالح و امثاله .
