it is normal, and in fact smart to put names of high profile individuals at the top of a list of this sort since the main point of this documentation is to stir public opinion.
The footage on this video is from the detention of the women activists who went out following the event of the leakage of the flogging video and yes, Omer was detained then and I know that for a fact because I was present.

غريب أن "ترى" فى هذا الفيديو مجرد (تراتبية) أسماء فقط يا ملاسى.
يقينى أن به ما هو أعمق من مجرد الأسماء وتراتيبتها, أو ترتيبها. هلآ أعدت البصر كرّتين؟؟!!
