Gathered by Letters of Note, the memos, all of which were apparently written in the 1970s are masterstrokes in the art of tyrannical leadership. The highlights include: commands to avoid speaking to Edward Mike Davis, to avoid idle conversation and personal calls -- and, case you're wondering,
Edward Mike Davis does "not appreciate people coming into my office and helping themselves to my candy, cigars, medicine, and other personal items "
More weird news was to follow. The gentleman who forwarded us the original memos got a response from one of his readers informing us that Davis was born in Lebanon, had no education, emigrated to the US, and drove taxis in Denver. He was originally hired by Bonfils’ husband and remained her chauffeur after his death. Once he inherited part of her fortune, he invested in several drilling rigs. Later this business, known as Tiger Drilling Co., was bought out by Cleveland Cliffs, lining Davis’ pockets even further. As a newly minted “oil baron,” he proceeded to drill 49 dry holes and went broke

أكيد زول ذي دة حاليا في أمريكا في ناس تتمني تشتغل عنده عشان نبذة واحدة بتجيب ليها ملالين كتيره. الشخص ده لو كان في الوطن العربي أكيد حيكون رائيس دولة ولا مدير شرطة في بيروت!
