هل تحسب الفاتورة بسعر الساعة والدقيقة ام بموجب فاتورة ثابتة شهرية؟؟

الزول التحت ده...كل يوم داخل النت من الدغش في اوقاتا بدري بدري..دحين شغال شنو ووين شغال ومرتبو كم في السودان الفقران ده!!؟
