مندوبة المفوضية تقوم بالنيابة عن طفل بالترشيح :
National Elections Commission (NEC) ink on the left index of this child. We watched him immerse his finger & the lady NEC official did the polling for him on the symbol tree infront of us. When we asked about his age the man who brought him (in his forties) asnwered harshly that he is 20 yrs old!!
