Dear Sir / Madam,

I am the Assistant Foreign Editor at the National newspaper in Abu
Dhabi.

I was hoping you could put me in touch with some refugees from
South Sudan who would be willing to answer some questions about
the issue of Southern Sudanese secession, either by telephone or
by email.

It is for an article I am doing on secession and I would like to get
some
Southern Sudanese perspectives.

The questions are pasted below.

Thanks for your time.

All the best,
Jonathan Spollen

1 - Do you think South Sudan should secede, and why?

2 - Do you think the majority of Southern Sudanese want to secede?

3 - If they choose secession in 2011, do you think the North will
accept the decision? Who else do you believe would have an interest in
keeping Sudan unified?

4 - The North has been accused of not sharing oil wealth. Do you
believe this to be true?

5 - Do you see much potential for an independent Southern economy?
