LOOKING FOR GENERAL MANAGER FINANCE - TREASURY

VACANCY : “ General Manager Finance-Treasury ”



We are currently looking for a senior potential candidate to cater down the position of “General Manager Finance-Treasury “ in our organization. Job description:



(1) Cash, Liquidity Management & Banking Relationships:

Ø Forecasting all cash collections and payments across all areas of business to alert the company to any potential shortfall or surplus.

Ø Devise/implement a system to effectively manage cash concentration, cash flow, management cash collection process and working capital optimization.

Ø Manage the net balance of cash arising through the central pool which will include money market dealings to borrow to cover any shortfall or to invest any surplus cash.

Ø Devising a system whereby to track and automatically chase late payers of accounts receivable.

Ø Manage relationships with bankers and financial institutions including securing the best borrowing rates and terms.

(2) Treasury Operations & Control Manager:

Ø Installing/maintaining an effective treasury Management system to ensure the efficient and effective use of cash generated/paid by the group.

Ø Design/implement control procedures of making and devising appropriate internal management reporting of treasury position performance.



(3) Risk Management:

Ø Assessing how the company’s profits will be affected if the cost of borrowing was to rise.

Ø Analyzing the potential reduction in projected revenue if the currency rates moves in the negative direction and solutions to mitigate the risks.

Ø Reviewing the company’s customer’s profiles for any potential non performing customers.

Ø Hedging of interest rate or foreign exchange risk.



(4) Tax & Zakat:

Ø Design/implement tax & Zakat planning for all business units/divisions in coordination with tax advisors.

Ø Ensure that all taxes/Zakat related obligations are paid in time.

Ø Follow up any outstanding open tax year/ issue and ensure timely filing of tax return, appeals, etc.

Ø Prepare a regular periodic report to top management showing the state of the tax and Zakat position at all companies.



Qualifications :



B of Science, CTP, CMA, CPA



Years of Experience :



10 years in similar position with Multinational co’s



Nationality:



No Preference.

Jeddah , Saudi Arabia / Cairo , Egypt
