now i'm sitting in my room reviewing my first year on sudanese on line
..i tried over and over to get one advantage to be a member here
and the result is nothing

that is really weird , Sara, cause I'm listening NOW to a doctor on TV who says that in the past men used to have more chances of getting heart attacks, but now it seems that women have the same chances .

I wonder why? Are you finally" women" started to care about what's happening around you in the world "wars, conflicts, and financial crisis"? Or are we "men" actually are the main cause of increasing your chances of heart attacks.

But anyways, take very good care of yourself, cause we really need the likes of you: intelligent, knowledgeable and perseverant women.

everyone should do the same thing, evaluate and assessment what he/ she write bebore, when result is nothing as you said thus you should ask others, not leave the board, this like blame the darkness, .........................................it is better to light a candel

I know exactly what you are talking about, I've been there, sometimes I feel like buying a ticket get on a plane and go where a poster lives and punched him once in the face and take the plane back.

Some poster get to my nerves, i feel like they are just posting for the sake of posting but guess what , a good yoga exercise after a horrible post helps a lot . try it yourself.

True that Yoga is a great help , what also helps when you leave your office for the day leave everything behind you work load, stress. work related issues leave the office start fresh think of things you like..... creative fun..... meet friends..... relax..... enjoy the rest of the day because guess what tomorrow is waiting for you and ain't going nowhere insha Allah

Dear Sarah,

In fact what you said is upsolutley right and correct, hell of time been waisted here for nothing, I am always blaming myself for being an addict to this place but honestly when i came here first I was soo proud of being a part of this show, believe me it was great and clean one day, now life tought me to be selective!!! specially here and make sure of what u gonna read and what you gonna say, and take it light dear as the fact is (This is life) wherever you go you will see both good thing to enjoy and bad things to suffer from)

Stay well where ever
and keep yourself a way from harm,,,,and be SELECTIVE ,,,,, THATS THE KEY WORD FOR LIVING IN PEACE HERE and learn how to act deaf and blind when you need that.
