Just a short note to say Alan Goulty will participate in the symposium as discussant in the third session and will be able to update participants on the latest.
Also the discussant for the 2nd session is Prof Abdel Rahim Salim who has a long standing interest in the architecture of Suakin and probably many of those in UK are familiar with his art work on Suakin that was exhibited in London last July
