Hope everyone doing PRETTY FANTASTIC.

Sorry for not showing last weekend as promised as I have been driving up and down the motorway.

For the people who are reading this for the first time....stop reading right now and go and check NLP 1,2,3 and then come back to this.


I am going to share with you the first ingredient for success which is BELIEVE

Success means winning
Success-achievement-is the goal of life.

On the Bible it said FAITH CAN MOVE MOUNTAIN.

Believe ,really believe, you can move mountain and you can. Not many people believe they can. So, as a result not many people do. There is nothing magical or mystical about the power of belief.

Belief works this way. Belief, the "I'm-positive-I can" attitude,generate the power, skill, and energy needed to do. When you believe I CAN DO IT, the HOW TO DO OT develops.

Belief, strong belief, triggers the mind to figuring ways and means and how-to. Most people do not put much stock in belief. When you do so it makes others place confidence in you.

In these modern times, belief is doing much bigger than moving mountains. Lets look at this example.....If man didn't have enough belief that he will reach space,our scientists would not have the courage, and interest to proceed. Belief that cancer can be cured will ultimately produce cures for cancer. When we have heard there is a Tunnel will link England with Europe, we didn't imagin it could happen, but the fact that this tunnel is now complete depended on whether responsible people believed it could be built.

Belief in great results is the driving force behind great books, plays, and sientific discoveries. Belief in success is behind every successfull business, and political organization. Belief in success is the one basic, absolutely essential ingredient in successful people.

To keep it short and simple, I will have to do BELIEVE PART 2.

In the mean time stay POSITIVE, FOCUSED on what you want from life,and don't listen to people who have done nothing for themselves.

Here is the second part.....enjoy it

Failure develops when you engage with failure conversation. When you drop remarks like "to tell you the truth, I didn't think it will work" or "Actually, I wasn't surprised that it didn't work out". The Okay-I will-give-it-a-try-but-I-don't-think-it-will-work attitude produces failures.

look at it this way. Belief is the thermostat that regulates what we accomplish in life. When you believes you worth little, you receives little. When thats keep hapenning, as time goes by, lack of belief start to control your subconcious mind. Unless you readjust your thermostat forward. Since others see in us what we see in ourselves, you will grow smaller in the estimation of the people round you.

Your mind is a "thought factory". It's producing countless thoughts in one day. Production in the factory is under the charge of two formen, one is called Mr Defeat (negative) and the other is Mr Triumph (positive).

Mr Defeat is a master of finding reasons why you shouldn't succeed.

Mr Triumph is a master of showing you ways to achieve great results.

Both guys are intensely aboedient, once you signal slightest mental beck-and-call they will show up. Try this example the next time. Tell yourself
" Today is a lousy day". This signal Mr Defeat into action and he manfuctures some facts to prove you are right. He suggests to you that it's too hot or too cold, business will be bad today, the lecture today is not an important one etc...Mr Defeat is tremendously effeciant. In just a few moments got you sold. It's a bad day. Before you know it, it's a heck of a bad day.

But when you tell yourself "today is a brilliant day". Mr Triumph is signaled forward to act. Thats why i did advise you in NLP 2 to say I am pretty fantastic when asked.

Now the more work you give either of these two men, the stronger he becomes. So you know what I am going to say next yeah. The only wise thing to do is to fire Mr Defeat. You don't need the bugger in your life. you don't need him around telling you YOU CAN'T. Mr Defeat won't help you get where you want to go, so boot him out NOW...NOW...NOW

I will stop here, and shall continue next time showing you HOW TO DEVELOP THE POWER OF BELIEF and how/where to use it for the prosperos time we are facing ahead.

How to develop the power of belief

1) Think success, don't think failure. At work, home, and everywhere, substitute success thinking for failure thinking. When you face a difficult situation, think, "I WILL WIN" not "I'LL PROBABLY LOSE". When oppurtunity appears, think " I CAN DO IT" never " I CAN'T". Let the master thought I WILL SUCCEED dominate your thinking process. Thinking success condition your mind to creat plans that produce success. Thinking failure condition the mind to think other thoughts that produce failure.

2) Remind yourself you are better than you think you are. Successfull people are not supermen. Success does not require a super-intellect. Nor is there anything mystical about success. Success isn't based on luck by the way. I remeber one day my manager on a sales organisation said to me.....

THE HARDER YOU WORK THE LUCKIER YOU BECOME

That really something I belief in now. Successfull people are ordinary folks who have devloped belief in themselves and what they do.

3) BELIEVE BIG. The size of your success is determined by the size of your belief. Think little goals and expect little achievments. Think big goals and win big success. Big ideas and big plans are often easier-certinaly no more difficult than small ideas and small plan.

Now, let me stop here and I want to share with you, my belief and forcast for our future.

As you know,peace is approaching now, population is growing at a record rate. New industries, new scientific breakthrough, expanding markets-all spell opportunity. This is good news. This is a most wonderfull time to be a live.

All signs point for top level people in every field in Sudan. People who have superior ability to influence others, to direct their work, to serve them in a leadership capacity. And the people who will fill these position are all adults or near adults right now. ONE OF THEM IS YOU.

Those who convert opportunity into reward ( and let me say, I sincerly believe you are one of them, else you would rely on luck and wouldn't bother to enter my corner) will be those wise people who learn how to think themslves to success.

The chairman of General Electric Company once said to his leadership.

" WE NEED FROM EVERY MAN WHO ASPIRES TO LEADERSHIP FOR HIMSELF A DETERMINATION TO UNDERTAKE A PERSONAL PROGRAM OF SELF-DEVELOPMENT. NOBODY IS GOING TO ORDER A MAN TO DEVELOP...WHETHER A MAN LAGS BEHIND OR MOVE A HEAD IN HIS SPECIALTY IS A MATTER OF HIS OWN PERSONAL APPLICATION. THIS IS SOMETHING WHICH TAKES TIME, WORK, AND SACRIFICE. NOBODY CAN DO IT FOR YOU".

Live the above. Persons who reach the top in business, managment, selling, engineer, religious work, and in every other pursuit get there by following a conscientiously and continuously a PLAN FOR SELF-DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH.

I THINK YOU HAVE ALREADY STARTED TO DEVELOP....KEEP IT UP.
