To plan and direct all aspects of a management oriented audit programme encompassing all Company operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and to afford proper protection of Company assets and integrity.


1. Prepare and submit for approval by executive management, the annual audit plan ensuring that all COMPANY operations are included for review.

2. Provide leadership to the Audit function and maintain a professional and independent audit function, ensuring adherence to COMPANY audit authorisations, policies, procedures and generally accepted auditing standards.
3. Manage the implementation and execution of the annual Audit Plan, ensuring that audit teams are fully briefed on requirements and that firm timelines are met.

4. Review, draft reports and responses from auditees, consolidate various inputs, finalise Audit Reports and submit to executive management with recommendations for its consideration.

• Should hold a BA or B.Sc. in a finance related discipline and be a certified accountant with membership of an internationally recognised audit body.
• 10-12 years experience in a similar environment, 5 of which should be at the management level, is a minimum requirement.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Good IT skills (experience of System Development is an advantage).
• Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills.
