بشرى لمحبي الجليد (وكسير التلج) ، سويسرا عضو بإتفاقية ((الشنقن )) Schengen Agreement

لطالما أستعصت سويسرا على الزائرين من غير الغربيين وتشددوا مثلا في السعودية في إعطاء
التأشيرة لغير السعوديين ،، هاهي الآن تنضم لإتفاقية الشنقن لتسهل زيارة هذا البلد الجميل
لهواة السفر والسياحة ، وأتذكر هنا صديقي أسماعيل محمد أحمد عباس وأذكره بالمساهمة في
الإرتقاء بهواية السفر في هذا البورد والتبصير بمواسم السفر (الميسر) والخروج من موال
السفر المكلف إل السودان،،،

تنضم ولكن ببعض التحفظات المؤقتة مثال إستمرارها في نظام الجمارك بإعتبارها ليست عضوا في
إتحاد الجمارك الاوربي ، إلخ....


Schengen Agreement
Switzerland becomes a member state of the Schengen area on 12 December 2008. Borders within the Schengen Area are considered "internal" borders. The outside borders are considered "external" borders.
Actual external borders in Switzerland will continue to exist only at international airports.
Important to know
• Switzerland is not part of the European Customs Union. Therefore, customs controls (good checks) will continue. The duty-free import of goods up to the limit of CHF 300 per person will remain applicable.
• For customers travelling from outside Schengen to Switzerland, the Schengen Visa will replace the Visa Switzerland for short stays up to 3 months. Visa for stays of more than 3 months are still issued under the Swiss conditions on "Schengen-Vignette".
• Foreigners living in Switzerland and holding a residence permit no longer need a visa when visiting other Schengen Countries. However, the residence permit must be carried in addition to a valid passport.

Next steps - 29 March 2009
With the introduction of the Summer Ti####ble 2009 all SWISS flights departing from Schengen countries outside Switzerland will leave from the respective Schengen terminal.
Airports in Switzerland will have a complete separation of "Intra Schengen passengers" from other passengers.
