Quote: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم حركة العدل والمساواة السودانية www.sudanjem.com [email protected] بيان صحفى أجتماع حركة العدل والمساواة السودانية مع مبعوثى الامم المتحدة والاتحاد الافريقى بجبل مون فى غرب دارفور اجتمع السيد يان الياسون مبعوث الامم المتحدة للسودان والسيد سالم أحمد سالم مبعوث الاتحاد الافريقى مع رئيس حركة العدل والمساواة السودانية د.خليل ابراهيم محمد وبحضور السادة محمد بحر أمين قطاع كردفان ونائب رئيس الحركة, جمالى جلال الدين أمين شئون الرئاسة, الجنرال طاهر روبى المستشار العسكرى لرئيس الحركة, الجنرال محمد بشر مندوب الحركة للاتحاد الافريقى, السلطان ابراهيم أبكر هاشم الامين السياسى للحركة لغرب دارفور ومجموعة تضم أكثر من عشرين من القيادات الميدانية للحركة. وكان الاجتماع على مقربة من جبل مون فى ولاية غرب دارفور فى اليوم 18/4/2008. ورافق السيدين أثنان من كبار القادة من القوات الهجين (يوناميد). واستمر اللقاء من الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحا حتى الساعة الثانية بعد الظهر. واستعرض اللقاء وجهة نظر الحركة فى الاتى. أولا: أصلاح الوساطة بتوحيد مركز اتخاذ القرار فى العملية السلمية والتفاوضية. ثانيا: توحيد و توسيع الصلاحية للوساطة لكى تشمل معالجة الحل الشامل للقضية السودانية لان المشكلة أمتدت الى كردفان و بقية الاقاليم والقضية هى قضية السودان كله وليست دارفور وحدها. ثالثا: بخصوص وقف اطلاق النار, الحركة لها راى و اضح بأنه ليس هناك اى تقدم فى هذا المجال ما لم يكن هناك أتفاق أطارى وبفترة زمنية محددة بين الحركة والحكومة. رابعا: أشارت الحركة الى ان تعدد الحركات أصبح مهددا للمشكلة فى دارفور والسودان عامة حيث أصبحت الحركات الاخرى قطاعا للطرق وأمراء حرب وافتقدت صفاتها كحركات. وبهذا فأن حركة العدل والمساواة آلت على نفسها التصدى لهذه الفوضى بحماية المدنيين والمنظمات الدولية بكل الوسائل. خامسا: فيما يتعلق بالقوات الهجين فأن الحركة على اتم الاستعداد للتعاون التام معها والتنسيق فى كل المجالات من أجل حماية المواطنين بشرط تكوين لجان بهذا الشأن. و اتفق الطرفان على الاجتماع مع قيادة الهجين للاسراع بجعل هذا الامر واقعا. سادسا: أوضحت الحركة أنها لن تجلس مع الوساطة فى حضور أى مسمى لحركات أخرى. والافضل للوساطة تسوية امرها معهم قبل الجلوس مع العدل والمساواة. سابعا: أن حركة العدل والمساواة لن تجلس مع حكومة الخرطوم منفردة الا فى وجود الوساطة الدولية. وفى نهاية الامر اتفق الطرفان بشأن الوساطة على توحيد أصدار القرار. وتم قبول رؤية الحركة فى وقف أطلاق النار على أن تستمر اللقاءات. احمد حسين ادم امين الاعلام/ الناطق الرسمى للحركة لندن/19/4/2008
