فى تصعيد خطير المسيريه يغلقون الطرق المؤديه للجنوب

أخذت قضية أزمة ابيي منحىً خطيراً بعد إقدام قبيلة المسيرية أمس على إغلاق الطريق الرئيسي بين مدينتي المجلد وأبيي في منطقة بلوم مهددة بإغلاق كافة المعابر البرية المؤدية لجنوب السودان. وأبلغت مجموعة من قيادات القبيلة (الإنتباهة) أن الخطوة جاءت إنفاذاً للتصريحات التي أطلقها الامير مختار بابو نمر التي دعا فيها الحكومة لإيجاد حل جذري لأزمة أبيي وفي حال عدم حصول ذلك فإنه سيتم إغلاق كافة الطرق في وجه حركة النقل والبضائع التي ترد إلى مناطق الجنوب المختلفة، وأشارت إلى أن حركة النقل قد تغيرت لتصبح عبر الطريق الرابط بين هجليج وميوم الذي بدوره سيتم إغلاقه أيضاً صباح اليوم يتبعه إغلاق الطريق الرئىسي الآخر من منطقة دسوسة إلى بحر العرب، وأضافت أنه لم تحدث أي مواجهات مسلحة بين المسيرية وقوات الجيش الشعبي كما أن الجهات الرسمية لم تتدخل في إنهاء أمر الإغلاق الذي ربطته بإنهاء أزمة ملف أبيي وتبعيتها للشمال بعد تعيين محافظ مقاطعة أبيي الجديد جوزيف دوت ووزراء للمقاطعة وتصريحاته التي قال فيها إن المسيرية يعتبرون مجرد ضيوف في منطقة أبيي التي تتبع للدينكا نقوك وليس للمسيرية حق فيها.





وحمل فكوات عمدة السميرية بأبيي كباشي التوم كباشي رسالة مفادها ضرورة إبلاغ مشايخ أمراء المسيرية بأن أبيي تتبع بصورة واضحة للدينكا نقوك وليس غير ذلك وأنهم إذا أرادوا أن يعيشوا هنا لهم أن يعيشوا كمواطنين فقط، وليس لهم حقوق تذكر بما يتعلق بالانتخابات والأراضي مؤكداً رفضه لما سماه باحتلال المسيرية لأراضي مشايخ نقوك بقوة السلاح.

من جهته اعتبر القيادي عبدالرسول النور في حديثه لـ»الانتباهة« مسألة إغلاق المعابر من قبل المسيرية نتاج لعدم انصياع قوات الجيش الشعبي للانسحاب من مناطق شمال 56 وفق قرارات مجلس الدفاع المشترك واشار الى ان ذلك من شأنه ان يؤدي الى تجدد الاشتباكات التي نشبت الشهر الماضي والتي ادت الى اغلاق الطريق الرئيس الرابط بين الميرم اويل واو واكد ان هذا الطريق بات من الناحية العملية غير آمن حتى بعد فتحه مجدداً نسبة لتواجد معسكرات مستحدثة للجيش الشعبي في مناطق بحر العرب، واضاف النور: استمرار تواجدها هناك قد خلق حالة من التوترات وعدم الاستقرار لجهة تسببه في اعاقة حركة الرعي لقبائل المسيرية، واشار الى ان ذلك من شأنه ان يحدث مزيداً من الانفلاتات الامنية، واتهم النور الجيش الشعبي بمحاولة تنفيذ تقرير الخبراء على ارض الواقع والذي يعد نتاجاً لانعكاسات ما سماه بالفهم الخاطئ للخبراء ومحاولة خلق ادارات مستقلة في منطقة ابيي.

وكان محافظ ابيي قد كشف عن قرب وصول حاكم المقاطعة الجديد القيادي بالحركة الشعبية اداورد لينو الذي تم تعيينه في السابق بقرار من رئيس حكومة الجنوب الفريق سلفاكير ميارديت وحدد فكوات قراره بإنشاء عدد 5 ادرات معتبراً حكومة ابيي حكومة قائمة بذاتها تحتوي على وزراء ومستشارين وضباط اداريين وشرطة، في وقت شملت تعيينات الوزراء التي اعلنها فكوات وزارة الصحة والتربية والزراعة والاسكان والمالية.

فيما حرض المحافظ شباب نقوك بمهاجمة المسيرية واحداث ما سماه بالهزة وسطهم مؤكدا دعمه المالي واللوجستي والعسكري في حال حدوث مواجهات في هذا الصدد.

كالعادة مواصلة لذات اللعبة القذرة لجهاز امن مجرمي الحرب الابارثيديين، الجهويين، الجلابة.

This is not new at all. Last month, the government of the State of the white Nile imposed an embargo on the South by preventing shipment of essential goods through the Port of Kosti and this is, of course, a government sanctioned policy and the objectives are:a. Prevention of the IDP from resettling in the South. b. Starving of the Southerners and the creation of the ideal conditions for another waves of internally displaced persons heading to the North and this , in turn, could be spun against the GoSS as being incompetent and unable to take care of the people in the South. Make no mistake, no government in Northern Sudan will ever be honest with the people of South Sudan, it is as though resorting to deception is the only virtue available. Folks, brace for a final goodbbye.

It appears the Ingaz has made up its minds as far as the arduous work of a united country is concerned and honestly,this task has never been its preoccupation nor had it been its predecessors'. This regime's only concern is the security of the oil fields in the Abyie Plains and in the Upper Nile region and frankly, they have never made a bone about it- the Atieb Mustafa's forum was precisely established to propagate the Ingaz's official policy towards the South in the North. The rest is, as Cubans say, Mas rollo que pelicula, loosely translated: the roll is longer than the movie.

I agree with all what you say about the policies of the Ingaz and its predecessors' But I want you to remember if they have already made up their minds about a united Sudan , we the alienated masses haven't made up our minds yet . we are determined not to yield to their ill-conceived policies and practices. We should do our best to thwart Eltayeb Mustafa's forum and reject their pathetic tribalism, this can only happen if we continue the struggle for a democratic secular Sudan. We will maintain our opposition to them but we dearly need your support.

Arab Misseriya attacks Sudan's Abyei

Jan. 10, 08 (Abyei NSV) - The situation in Abyei town is being reported to be very tense as Baggara are assaulting citizens from Abyei and Gogrial counties as they return home from IDP camps in northern Sudan. The Baggara Misseriya are just 45km away from Abyei. "We do not know what to do really with our citizens being attacked," lamented one citizen to NSV. There are serious reports of #####ng of money, bicycles, cloths and all sorts of valuable things by the armed Misseriya tribesmen. Those who resist are either killed or detained.

The current situation started last week when Col. Gal, Biemnhom county commissioner's cars were attacked in Bolom Junction. "It was an assassination attempt but they couldn't succeed," confirmed Hassen Deng one of the first rescue team members to reach the scene of the accident. Biemnhom commissioner was returning from the funeral of SPLM's late Commissioner James Ajing Path. Those who attended the funeral function reported that the commissioner delivered strong speech which was not accepted by enemies of CPA. The attempt on the commissioner's life resulted into five deaths which included some of the attackers, believed to be from the nearby garrison belonging to Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) and Misseriya militias.
The members of Messeriya Arab tribe of south-western Kordofan for the last one week remained on the offensive. "Yesterday afternoon at Bolom Junction a woman was shot in the leg while the driver of the bus she was traveling in dodged bullets," said another concerned citizen from Abitok, Abyei. The Misseriya are blocking IDPs from returning to southern Sudan by laying ambushes along the only road that links southern Sudan and the north. "After yesterday's incident, the JIU under col. Valentino Tongmac went to calm down the situation but the Baggara threatened them," Kuol Deng, a citizen from Abyei told NSV. It was also reported that Col. Valentino (SPLA) was accompanied by SAF's 31st Battalion commander of Abyei military area.

Since the beginning of the dry season, Baggara Misseriya of Kordofan has attacked citizens in Grinti, River Kiir, Abyei and parts of the Nuba Mountains. The Misseriya are reported to be threatening to close all roads leading to southern Sudan if their problems are not solved. Lack of implementation of Abyei Protocol has become a big problem for both the north and the south.

Bollom Junction has become a deadly spot for citizens of Abyei area. In 2005 several high ranking SPLA officers were murdered there by some militias believed to have been supported by SAF. Their leader is now hiding in Khartoum under Sudan security protection.

These News are very disturbing indeed. An immediate international intervention is needed to avert a disastrous escalation.
