فنسينت اوتي قائد ثاني مجرمي جيش الرب الذين استخدمهم اهل الانقاذ لتقطيع اوصال و اعضاء اهلي بجنوب الوطن( قبل قتلهم ). قد قتل من قبل رفيقه المجرم جوزيف كوني

ان استخدام الانقاذيين لجيش الرب وحده يعطينا صورة كاملة عن اهل الانقاذ و تغنينا عن الذهاب الي مأساة دارفور او جبال النوبة

كيف لمؤمن باي ديانة سماوية كانت ان يستخدم المجرمين لقتل و تشويه اجساد مواطنيه - كانوا يقطعون الاطراف قبل قتل ضحاياهم من القرويين السودانيين - انها جريمة العصر





المجرم (اوتي) واحد من الاربعة المطلوبين من قبل العدالة الدولية بلاهاي

عندما تضيق الارض بالمجرمين يأكلون بعضهم البعض



قتل الشركاء او تهميشهم( كما حدث في السودان في السنتين الاخيرتين) لا يخفي الجرائم و لا يوفر ادني حماية - انما يجعل الطريق اكثر وضوحا الي لاهاي- ليتهم يعلمون

Mr Otti was led from the house, and was shot while begging for his life. Later Mr Kony appeared, and told the assembled rebel officers that he would not tolerate indiscipline, it says. The rebel leader apparently told his followers Mr Otti had been attempting to kill him, after receiving foreign funds. Rumours of Vincent Otti's death have been circulating since October, but have been repeatedly denied by spokesmen for the LRA. In early November a northern Ugandan politician and peace negotiator, Norbert Mao, told the BBC that he had spoken to Mr Kony, who denied killing Mr Otti. He said Mr Otti was under arrest, accused of being a government spy. Mr Kony and Mr Otti are two of four LRA commanders wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for war crimes committed during their 20-year insurgency. Mr Kony is in hiding in the remote north-east of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The LRA were notorious for mutilating victims and kidnapping children to be fighters, porters and sex slaves but peace talks over the last year in southern Sudan have raised hopes that the conflict may be over. But this week, President Yoweri Museveni said the LRA must sign a peace deal by 31 January or the war would be resumed.

برغم ان اتفاقية نيفاشا تحاشت مسألة الجرائم ضد الانسانية حفاظا على اتمام السلام و قبله ايقاف الحرب

لكن مثول جوزيف كوني امام المحكمة الدولية سيجر معه من كان يدعمه

ربما و لهذا السبب طلب منه ان يتخلص من الشخص الذي كان يقوم بتنفيذ تلك الجرائم

بهذا تبقى من المطلوبين ثلاثة اشخاص و على راسهم كوني نفسه



السؤال الذي يطرقنا و بشدة هل سنسمع في الاشهر القادمة بمقتل كوني بغابات الكنغو الديمقراطية (بواسطة مأجورين كونغوليين) بغية اخفاء ادوار بعض الاطراف في الجرائم البشعة ؟

في دولة مثل الكنغو الديمقراطية حيث السلاح بيد الجميع فان ايجار القتلة امر في غاية السهولة لذا ترقبوا نبأ مقتل كوني في ظروف غامضة

لا نريد لهم موتا من هذه الشاكلة انما نريدهم ان يمثلوا امام العدالة الدولية و يحكوا من كان يقف وراء الجرائم التي ارتكبت بحق اهلنا القرويين بالاستوائية
