You can make you XP writes in Arabic by doing the following steps:
1-start===>Control Panal.
2-Date,Time,language and regional options ====>add others languages.
3-check the box with the following text"install files for complex scrip and right -to-left language [including Thai]
4-Go back to step 2 and go to Advanced===and check"language for non-Unicode program
select the nearest Arabic country you can understand their language
