The aim of this article is to expose the behavior that we envisage to question the authenticity of the Muslim Brotherhood’s ideology in the political life of Sudan and expose its expediencies.

According to the Islamic faith and following the death of Prophet Mohammed belief in the phenomena of miracles was supposed to come to an end. Some of the Islamic institutes around the globe religiously adhered to this concept especially the Wahhabi sects Ansar Al-Sunna and later the Muslim brotherhood. But the Sudanese Muslim brotherhood of the National Congress Party (NCP) reneged and entertained their proclaimed exceptions in their fights against the SPLM in Southern Sudan in the 1990s until the signature of the CPA in 2005. The Muslim brotherhood’s adventures in the South not utterly failed but eventually led to the split of the country into two.

Without embarrassment or indignity the Muslim Brothers tried to sell to the Sudanese people and the media that their columns of Mujaheddin witnessed miracles in their war against the infidels in the South. As their fighting columns marched through fields heavily implanted with deadly mines in the bushy forests, sanctimonious creatures, pious apes and devout birds and animals rushed to physically sacrifice and blew themselves in courageous bids to open corridors for the Mujaheddin and lead them safely to victory.

Apes! No wonder of the fallacy and faked miracles, thousands of the mujaheddin perished during their acts and others were left with permanent and serious disabilities. Not a single ape, animal or a bird was ever found or caught performing the miracles. When the battlefields were cleared of the Mujaheddin corpses the reality threw its veils away and the lies were blatantly exposed. In their joy, vultures and wild carnivorous beasts and birds rushed to quench their thirst at the extensive lakes of blood of the slain and those succumbed to the AK 47. Thousands of young Islamist enthusiasts and zealots rushed to the supposed martyrdom on the alleged miracles complimented with fiery poetry and invocation of the divinity.

An eminent Sudanese Muslim cleric publicly disputed the existence of the miracles on state TV. He was soon taken into custody by the security forces and was to be released after he swallowed his words. Not only this, in his praise of the Mujaheddin he claimed that even an unfortunate flying bird that will ever fall as a result of a bullet astray in the Southern air space becomes a martyr and will eventually end up in paradise. No such heretic act or behavior had ever been seen or heard of in the Islamic history before; nor were the miraculous apes or birds ever found or seen. Shortly afterwards and during the Islamist power struggle, Dr. Turabi, the mastermind of the Muslim Brothers, in a u-turn, revoked his earliest fatwa of martyrdom to claim that those who gave up their lives for the sake of the Islamic revolution would not end up as martyrs but actually their deaths would count to nothing more than for earthly matters.

The Mujaheddin bards chanted the miracles as second to none before. The split of the red sea for Moses to allow his fellow Israelite passage through the Red Sea to the holly land was seen as inferior to the miracles that occurred in their long marches to fight against the infidel Southerners. Not only were this but Kojoors (indigenous monks) said to have converted to Islam when they witnessed the miracles of the apes sacrificing themselves in the wilderness. The Islamist unworthy stratagems and dodgy claims for their own safety worked for a while. Unfortunately for some the Islamist, to the present day they believe in such unworthy miracles.
