The judiciary system in any country around the glob is a central to protect human rights and freedoms. Court system plays a major role in ensuring that victims or potential victims of human rights violations obtain effective remedies and protection , that perpetrators of human rights violations are brought to justices and that anyone suspected of criminal offence receive a fair trail according to the international standards. The judiciary system is an essential check and balance on the branches of government, ensuring that laws of the legislative and the act of the executive comply with the act of human rights and the rule of laws.
This crucial role has been highlighted by all inter-governmental human rights systems. The united Nation General Assembly has repeatedly that the rule of law and the proper administration of justice, play a central role in the promotion and protection of human rights, and that the administration of justice including , law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies and especially an independent judiciary and legal professional in full conformity with applicable standards contained in international human rights instrument are essential to full and non-discriminatory realization and indispensable to democratization processes and sustainable development.
