Why is Victor Atem Atem mostly needed by the publicØŸ

Your Excellency, I would like to appreciate you for having taken time to scrutinize the public views on their calls for different leaders of their choices. You have seen how Victor Atem Atem is being demanded by the public.
To remind you briefly your Excellency before Hon. Atem came into your closest supervision I mean before you appointed him as the Governor of then Gogrial State. He was known for his good leadership qualities and style as he remains the longest serving commissioner of Gogrial East County.
And later was appointed Minster in warrap State cabinets where he also remains as the longest serving minster of Warrap State has he led distinct ministries being minister of Local Government and Minister of Education severally. And finally in the short history of Gogrial State he has also became the longest serving Governor of defunct Gogrial State. That is why the public does not relinquish their calls on his appointment.
I know he is not somebody that we can explain to you so much your Excellency, because he has been able to comply with your vision of silencing the guns which is also the vision 2020 of African Union. Up to now the civilians are peacefully coexisting as the result of his tireless efforts in implementing the state of emergency that you declared in Gogrial State back then, something that did not work in other States but he has done it maximally in Gogrial State.
Your Excellency if you remember Ajep conference where the photo attached here below was taken from and where you sent Dr. James Wani Igga your vice president, who was also the head of your delegations to Ajep Peace Conference, Victor Atem pledged publicly at the time that he would bring peace and in our communities and he eventually did it without beyond reasonable doubts.
I personally wants Hon. Atem because of his ability in bringing peace, security, law and order in the state. Any other responsible citizen would agree with me that Atem can be brought back because he has brought freedom to our people.
Now there is a freedom of movement among our people, stability and security among others are being enjoyed by our people. What else did Victor Atem did not do Your Excellency. His dream is to see peaceful state that is all.
Am very much interested in him because I want to be free to do my business without any threat of insecurity and nobody who would take laws into his or her own hands to harm others or make them fear of their lives. Am sure he is the only man who will help to rescue our people in Tonj.
He remains as your best partner in peace and he is somebody who is security minded and security oriented meanwhile the security is number one priority in your government your Excellency.
I hope he would soon be appointed as we await him with great jubilation sir.
