Firstly, I would love to acknowledge the efforts and the roles played by our beloved Chairlady of Aguok Kuei Community in Uganda Hon. Akuindiik Abiem Akeen, she is such a kind of great leader I have ever worked with since I started my career in students politics. Being the leader who sticks to her manifesto as she stated in AUGUST that she is going to celebrate the GRADUATION ceremony for Aguok Kuei Graduads of 2018 and now she has done it maximally. On the same note she has promised to invite SSBC, the only South Sudan national government owned television and the only television that matters in the country.

Now the graduation ceremony that was celebrated is the first celebration of its kind in Aguok Kuei Community in Uganda and also it is the first time for Aguok Kuei Community in Uganda to invite SSBC since its establishment as a community in Uganda. Akuindiik, God will bless you to do more in Aguok Kuei Community and South Sudan as a whole. I recognize your commitment Madam Hon. Chairlady as your Vice Chairperson.

Your commitment since you took office on 26/8/2018 and your consultative meetings with elders has enabled us to celebrate this wonder occasion and now with regards to the positive response by Aguok Kuei elders in South Sudan particularly Juba, I would like again to recognise the roles played by the following elders, Hon. Makiir Gai Thiep, Hon. Molana Chan Reech Madut, Hon. Tor Deng Mawien, Hon. Lual Deng Kuel, Hon. Lual Aken, Hon. Duwar Deng Duwar, General Achiech Kuot Kuot, and General Akot Maluth for having all supported Aguok Kuei Community in Uganda to have managed to celebrate and organize such a big occasion to their sons who have completed their academic journey at various fields of studies perhaps to list them as follows Eng. Deng Mayot Kuol, Eng. Wol Achiech Kuot, Eng. John Akot Mou, Diplomat Deng Deng Wek and Public Health Practitioner Aduol Abeech Kiir.

Deng Mayot Kuol who was Speaking on behave of graduates in the occasion said that the community has done everything possible to them and now it is going to be their turn as fresh graduates with fresh ideas and skills to go out there and work to do something to this great community. He also said that they are the luckiest graduates being graduated at the times when peace has come back to South Sudan. He thanks to President Kiir Mayardit for bringing everlasting peace to the country.

The guest of honor Hon. Romano Ngor congratulated the graduates and said he has wished them the best in their job market, however, he went a head and said you have done the first phase of academia and now that you are going to the job market it is not going to be easy again but you have to be creative so that you creates jobs for yourself and others and there you will be able to contribute to the nation building of south Sudan. These days as someone who understands life and what education is, you have to accept to work hard to establish yourself, he encourages the graduates and the students of Aguok Kuei to do some short courses in project proposal to be able to conceptualize their projects because project proposal is very imperative in convincing others to help in whatever idea you may like to present he says that even marriage has to be planned very well.

Many thanks to Diplomat Anyak Lual, for being the member of the community who checks on us in Uganda in anytime we needed him most. We don't know how we will pay you back Diplomat, only God knows.

The work well done by the women of Aguok Kuei Community in Uganda in the person of Madam Nyibol Kuei Thiep, the wife of our great uncle Makiir Gai Thiep. The leadership of Aguok Kuei Community in Uganda appreciates you all for your outstanding support.

The role of elders has been maximally played.
