Analyses are running wild in the Western Media over the diagnosis of the present state of the United States of America. It observes the repercussions within, evolving from this divisive revolution and which is rebellious against the present World Order (The New World Order until recently), and its effect on the centres of power in the world, and manipulating their balance which will undoubtedly result in the birth of a somehow new World Order. You see all the blocs of major influences and the centres of power busy making calculations over what each may or may not effect a change it delivers that would agree to its vision on the new Balance of Powers.
And the first glimpses of vision picked up the anticipated movement per its dynamism, envisaged towards the birth of a World Order of more valour and representation to the aspirations of human beings, and in concurrence with their matured mentality towards their purposeful quests. This effective dynamo is the silent awareness, i.e, that silent mass that moved like a waken up giant that overwhelmed the world with its might.
And so, for us to be realistic, rather than illusioned as has become clear amidst the confusion today, we need to think deep: the silent are many, so where is the effect of each؟ And who are they؟
This loud event of Trump’s winning of the most powerful post on earth, if crowned with the three powers of the Judiciary, the Legislature and the Executive, would place in his hand an ultimate power and would rank him with emperors.
This comes out from a travail that sprung up from the Enlightenment Era, and which its brief vintages were the separation of power of the mind from that of the conscience in their roles to execute a duty; that is, the separation of politics and religion, plus the abolishment of slavery while anchoring the Human Rights pledge, the banning of illegitimate expansionism, and the advocacy of an antecidency to guide dialogues and judgements (the United Nations and the International Court of Justice) as a nucleus to promote World Peace and expand the common grounds between all people. This I shall take in as a present example from the American elections for this year, and which – as the common ground between people – is the mould where globalization was shaped.
Albeit, with an expectation that the travail of the enlightenment would be followed by many frictions and frustrations, and attempts to smudge its neutrality (which might lead to poisonous conflicts, even to attacks or to the instigation for malice), albeit all that, the most venomous and fiercest burners of them all remain to be the religious and racial cold blood vengeances breastfed by the Old-World Order via expansionist invasions and religious crusades (involving genocides in the other), together with the social tragedies precipitated from slavery.
In the New World Order, during the quelling of those poisonous tensions and the dismantling of the empires to end the expansionist era, rapacity calmed down to accommodate a truce through which economic awareness flourished, effecting newer models of greediness and ravenousness, and the major power conflict polarised into two, centred on the distribution of wealth struggle, but within a cold truce.
This loud upheaval, which was spawned from violations reaching its apex during the past few years, of stifled uprises, kleptocratic stealing and discord sowing in order to fuel old blood and sedition, developed in the womb of virtue of the World Order during that cold truce.
So, in the American elections this year, the three powers are centred in one party, the Republicans, under a president who is rebellious against a world order that is the mentor of these powers. So, how would that revolt settle down and through whose power؟ Would it be one power, or a reactor of two powers: the ruler and the ruled؟ Now, if the executive power is the ruler’s, the Judicial power being the referee, how would the elders and the caucuses of the American people come to the aid of the Judiciary to effect a resolution of roles of the Executive and the legislature: could they be amalgamated in, perhaps, a new order (New World Order) to accommodate the New President’s arising philosophy؟ Or perhaps leave them to combat in an open arena in the stage of the international battlefield, when that truce that held it in a temporary armistice lets go؟
The process of amalgamating them in a New World Order would do through concessions from the ruler and the ruling party (the President and the two houses of representatives), so:
Either: the two houses of representatives (the Senate and the Congress) would concede the party they represented is totally segregated from its mass who withdrew their confidence from the party’s established program and manifest and changed it to those presented by their elect president, which will have its own effect in the crystallisation and updating of the rival party’s, the Democratic Party’s. That will reenvisage the outlines of the American mentality by a splatter of groups and individuals from other parties, after the absentia of the Old Republican Party – which no doubt would form a cyst from it – and which will be followed by a standoff with the new born Republican Party, which certainly would kill it – and that is after initiating a destabilisation for the new Republican party. That would inevitably boost its immunity while leaving in its joints lacerations and pits, depending on how the new party conceived the lesson. This way it would have revolted positively against the present World Order as far as Human Rights and Civil Liberties are concerned (which America itself is conceded a Beacon of it). It would also be a revolt against the preservation of common grounds in disputes, which would be replaced by the Alt Right mentality which is sweeping Europe now.
With that landmark, starts a bloody worldwide struggle with the international blocs in their rush to reshape the New World Order, and in saving the planet from destruction, providing a start as the sole option to the Republican Party in its new role.
Or: the two houses of representatives resist the new president and restrict his decrees via constitutional vetoes, and even though he has his weight in the selection of the supreme court, who would be the arbiter in this tussle, it is unexpected the Supreme Court would disavow the American State founding parents covenants for passing political gains it benefits none from, and it being aware of the ability of those covenants to stand tall on their own.
The American constitutional institutes will thus leave the external World Order tussle for the new President to shackle his paces and smother his breath, him being under pressure and malevolence from the aggrieved nations that he wronged (like China in his trade war with, or Mexico who is supported by Canada in her grief, and so the nations of the South Latin) and from nations bitter of his vindictive stand against the resolution to save the planet, for which agreement they clawed by tooth and nail, and which is seen as the ultimate disaster; also from the allies on his tight grip on the NATU agreement before all European countries would pay out. The European countries showed no objection to it, but expressed distaste to it, being aware of the of the real purpose of the defence system and America’s payments for it, only to set an advanced warning strategy to protect America from the rebounds from Russia towards America’s policies against her and her allies and vice versa, in their scuffle to lead the world; that is because Russia and the world political population are aggravated by America’s interventional policies that created regional tussles, and her fostering of Israel to deliberately poke sleeping seditions in proxy so as to redraw the world to her own vision.
Here, Russia got her hand on the golden trophy where, it appears, Trump direction would probably discharge her nightmares and delivers her dreams to reality.
Yet Trump in this battle gambles with a safe hand he exploited in utter slyness: it is the huge mass of white uneducated isolationist prairie citizens, who were the core of the isolationism called for by isolationist writer Thomas Paine in his book “Common Sense”, which influenced the fathers till last century, only leaving it for certain reasons then totally abandoned it during World War 2 and advocated the United Nations soon after.
Those prairie citizens did not have much chance to twine with the world populace or sample its varied civilizations and experience, to twine their way of thinking with theirs, and this way they remained inside the World Order zone, but still remained steeped in supremacy (nationalism with racism) and much of chauvinism, and an arduous religious belief passed from their first pilgrims (being the name for the religious migrants to America in a quest of dusting their feet for the Lord) – dominated particularly by the protestants.
And in his desperate need for support he directed his targetting to the stretches that were the centre for many industries like the tannery (which moved to Mexico), coal mining and the steel industry, which both invigorated the labour market there, and established the solid grounds for the Democratic Party.
That is until it all evaporated following the industrial revolution in China, and because of the burden of observing the ecology of the planet. All of these were landmarks of the Isolationism that died out as a U.S. policy, but its return under Trump’s new policy revamped hope once more and the unity of purpose between her and between her and her adversary from the prairies she parted with
