The whole Africa condemns in strongest possible terms, the rape of innocent children in Central Africa. It as crime worthy of the penalty, their mention as soldiers to keep peace and stability, above all is to protect every venerable person, in particular innocent and venerable children, from any harm or expose or killed, let alone to be abuse them sexually, by those who their duty is to protect them not to abuse them. This is organize crime, because, the perpetrators use the food as essential tools to rape those innocent human being. I, m very delighted that the French president has called for an investigation to bring the perpetrators to trial and to invoke the strongest penalty upon them. The whole world in particular African people will not allowing those criminals to get away with it, because, this is a horrific crime. The United Nations miss the opportunity to take care of Central Africa children. United Nations should establish mobility with African Nations, because, it is important for African countries to work closely with each other to mentor the united Nations peace keeper troops, also any other nations troops who participate in peace keeping, where ever might be. The situation is likely to continues this way unless the United Nations put strong measures in place, to prevent sexual abuse from happening again in any part of the world.. African Nations must decide to set up their own efforts to tackle the humanitarians in their doors step. United Nations should scrutiny any peace keeper troops sent to war zone, as well as any other troops sent by different countries in the world, to participate in the peace keeping mention in future. The peace keeper mention is to keep peace, security, and stability. Above all is to protect venerable people, in particular the children from been expose or killed. French president says that he will support the people of the Central Africa in any possible way, he also says, I believe that we as nation ready to act to identify those individuals who commit this horrific crime to trial. I personally believe that, zero tolerance is the key factor to deal with this such horrific crimes. The people of Central Africa did not see the benefit of French soldiers in their country. It is very important to lay foundation. The world regards the perpetrators as moral falling.
