Welcome to the New SPLM DC chapter of 2009!
We invite the Sudanese community from North, East, West, Central, and South Sudan to embrace the vision of the SUDAN PEOPLES LIBERATION MOVEMENT (SPLM)! As we continue to mark Dr. John Garang's dream into reality, we practice the humbleness and grace of openness and dialogue for community building. We are a party of achieving sustainable peace, uniting the community, and promoting diversity in Sudan, the chapter, inside Sudan, and within the Diaspora of the Sudanese community. The Washington DC Chapter works to encourage the Sudanese community to become more pro-active by joining and helping the SPLM's New Sudan Vision. We as a community have much work to do, and we welcome you to take part in this critical time and join us! This chapter is open to all Sudanese who are willing to work for peace, unity, equality, justice, and sustainable development for Sudan. To join the SPLM DC Chapter, you cannot be registered under another party. We extend this invitation to our brothers and sisters to become active in SPLM. Make this party as it was intended, a movement and voice of the people of Sudan.
