Khartoum, Aug. 6 (SUNA)- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Information, Dr. Ahmed Bilal, received in his office Monday the Ambassador of Egypt to Sudan, Usama Shaltut, and discussed important information issues relating to the efforts for cementing the bilateral relations.
In a press statement after the meeting, Ambassador Shaltut said that he discussed with the Minister of Information the means and mechanisms for reactivating the joint media work between Cairo and Khartoum.
He referred to completion of media code of honor that would be signed shortly.
He said that Cairo looks forward for enhancing the relation and cooperation with Khartoum, especially in the information field.
