Khartoum, Nov. 15 (SUNA) - The First Vice - President, Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Salih, was informed on the situation in the Blue Nile State and the on-going work in the Reconstruction Fund of the state.
The Wali (governor), Hussein Yassin Hamad, said in statement after his meeting with the First Vice - President at the Republican Palace, in presence of the Minister of the Federal Government Chamber, Dr. Faisal Hassan Ibrahim, that the meeting discussed the program of reconstruction of the Blue Nile Fund.
Hamad announced that the First Vice-president will visit the state in the coming days to open the number of services and development projects, especially the Agandi water project.
Hamad has affirmed the stability of security situation in the state and the state's sticking to the cease-fire which was declared by the President of the Republic to create a favourable atmosphere for the national dialogue.
