Sudanese Employers Association has inked an agreement on cooperation with the Turkish Industrial Chamber.
The agreement is aimed at forming joint taskforces between the two countries in support of economy through different business sectors in both countries.
The Secretary of Treasury for Sudanese Employers Association Malik Ali Dongla, the head of Sudanese delegation participating in the meetings of Islamic Chamber for Industry, Commerce and Agriculture in the Uganda’s capital Kampala, and the Chairman of Turkish Chamber of Commerce, Rifaat Oglu signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides.
“The agreement aims to develop mutual commercial, industrial and agricultural cooperation between private sectors in both countries and facilitate flow of investments into Sudan; besides exchanging information on opportunities and areas for mutual investments,” Dongla said.
He added that the signing of the agreement was concluded in the attendance of Sh. Saleh Al-Kamil, the Chairman of Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, Mr. Ahmed Al-Wakil, the Chairman of Egyptian Chamber of Commerce, the Chairman of Pakistani Chamber of Commerce, and Sh. Khalifa Bin Jasim Al-Thani, the Chairman of Qatar Chamber of Commerce.
