Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Khartoum, Faisal bin Hamed Al Mualla, stressed that Sudanese army's participation in Saudi-led campaign against Houthi rebels in Yemen is effective participation owing to the military experience of Sudan Armed Forces (SAF).
Saudi diplomat told reporters on Tuesday in Khartoum that Sudanese people supported the Kingdom's position and that its participation is invaluable, pointing out that the campaign attracted international support.
Al Mualla said that the security of the Red Sea is considered a security of all surrounding States, noting that the coalition forces intended to rid Yemen of the coup plan associated with a regional agenda to undermine security and create chaos in Yemen and Arabic area, stressing that relations between Saudi Arabia and Sudan moving forward, revealing the meetings of the Joint Ministerial Committee will he held in the next month.
Ambassador disclosed there will be huge investments in the agriculture in Khartoum.
It should be noted that some reports published few days ago indicated that some Arabic funds and financing institutions will start in a few days future financing of agricultural projects in the Sudan within the framework of the improvement of relations with Saudi Arabia after Khartoum’s government announced its participation in the Saudi-led military coalition against the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen.
