Sudan’s government expels representative of Ban Ki-moon from the country

Informed sources told Al-Rai Al-A’am that Sudan’s Foreign Ministry summoned al-Za’atari on Thursday midday and informed him that he is no longer welcome in the country permanently, and gave him a few days to arrange his situation to leave
The sources refused to disclose the reasons that led the Government to take the decision and affirmed that Sudan is a sovereign State and has the right to take any action in the interest of the country without explanation of the reasons.
