Khartoum-The Justice and Equality Movement and Sudan Liberation Movement ( Minawi Faction) have announced suspension of the current talks with the government in Addis Ababa, holding the government the responsible for the collapse of the current round of talks. In the meantime, the SPLM-North has announced non-participation in any preparatory conference the Sudan Call forces will not attend, accusing the government of the failure of the current round of talks.

Head of the negotiation team for the Justice and Equality Movement and Sudan Liberation Movement Ahmed Tugud told a press conference in Addis Ababa on Thursday that the delegation of both movements have arrived in Addis Ababa with open mind and heart to reach a real peace.

He said that the session has already stopped four days ago for further consultation and to enable the mediators to bring the viewpoints closer.
