Press Attorney summons two journalists from Aljareeda newspaper

Khartoum-The Press and Publication Attorney Office has asked journalists Aza
Abu-oaf and Salah Ahmed, who work for Aljareeda newspaper, to appear
at the premises of the attorney at Khartoum 3 on Tuesday 11 am.
The journalists are expected to be questioned under article 159 of the
criminal code (defamation) after complaints by been the governor of
Khartoum. The writer Salah Ahmed Abdalla is also facing two separate
suits under the same article due to complaint by the same plaintiff.
