African Centre for Human Rights Studies send proposal for talks between Sudan and rebel SPLM-N

Khartoum-SudaneseOnline-African Centre for Human Rights Studies has sent proposals the heads of negotiation team of Sudan’s government, Ibrahim Ghandour, and Sudan People Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), Yasser Arman.
The proposal included the need to expand Addis Ababa's platform to include all Sudanese armed movements, especially in Darfur, calling Khartoum’s Government to reconsider the question of elections and stop measures and to resume following a comprehensive political settlement with the participation of all Sudanese factions and their regions without exception.
