Abdul-Wahid rebel faction welcomes outcome of opposition leaders meeting

Khartoum-The Sudan Liberation Movement-Abdul-Wahid Nour faction has welcomed the outcome of the meeting between chairman of the Umma Party Al-Sadeq Al-Mahdi and head of the national consensus Forces Farouq Abu-Issa in Cairo last Saturday.
In a statement, the Sudan Liberation Movement-Minawi faction has said the meeting is important as it discussed issues of unifying the Sudanese opposition powers, putting an end to the one-party system, peace and democratization, establishing interim government, and holding a constitutional conference.
