The Sudanese Pilgrimage Mission in Saudi Arabia has submitted an official complaint to the Saudi Ministry of Pilgrimage about the poor quality of food services to the pilgrims.

The Sudanese pilgrims have paid 1,040 Saudi Riyal ($277) each for the provision of meals. They had refused the meals provided to them via the Sudanese Pilgrimage Mission because of the poor quality.

The Saudi Ministry of Pilgrimage repudiated the claim, telling the representatives of the Sudanese Mission: “Shame on you!”. The Saudi authorities gave the Mission 24 hours to address the issue.

Sudanese doctors had visited the pilgrims coming from their country, and helped them out by providing adequate meals.
