Court of Appeal invalidates acquittal decision of defendant in connection with Sara killing

kHARTOUM-The Sudanese Authority for defending rights and freedoms has renewed full commitment to follow up the case of September demonstration of the martyrs, especially the case of Sara Abdelbagi, the only case on which legal actions were taken.

In this respect, the court of appeal has issued a verdict invalidating an earlier court decision acquitting the defendants.
