Sudanese opposition conference begins in Cairo

Khartoum-The sessions of the second general conference of the Sudanese broad opposition front will take place in Giza suburb in Cairo under the motto” Bringing down the regime and not engaging in dialogue with it”, amid a wide participation of the members of the front from Sudan, gulf states, Europe and America besides leaders of the Sudanese opposition and civil society organizations.

The four-day conference will discuss several working papers dealing with the homeland issues.

Head of the broad opposition front Ali Mahmoud said in press statements that Cairo was picked as the venue of the conference for several reasons including the historical ties between the people of the Nile valley, the wide presence of members of the front and large Sudanese community there.
