Al-Mahdi tables united diversity charter in opposition meeting in Paris

Khartoum-The chairman of the National Umma Party Al-Sadeq Al-Mahdi has tabled in a meeting with the Revolutionary Front in Paris a document titled” the charter of united diversity. In the meantime, Al-Mahdi “eulogized” the ongoing dialogue, saying that the national dialogue under the regime is useless.
He said that presence of an atmosphere of public freedoms is a requirement of the useful national dialogue, saying that this is not available under a regime that violates its own constitution.
Al-Mahdi said the principles of the document can be directives of a transitional national government that run the country until an agreement on permanent constitution is reached.
