Sudanese presidency to launch new dialogue initiative

Khartoum-The Sudanese Presidency announced on Tuesday that President Al-Bashir will launch the Presidency of Republic initiative on community dialogue on Sunday, with the participation of civil society organizations, university professors, students, women, youths, sufi sects and native administration members.

In the meantime, the government is continuing its initiative on the comprehensive national dialogue with the opposition powers. The meeting of national dialogue mechanism (7+7) will meet at the friendship hall in Khartoum to discuss the latest developments on the national dialogue process.

Upon a meeting of the national unity government side in the dialogue mechanism, the assistant to the President Prof. Ibrahim Ghandour has underscored discussing the issues of elections and constitutions within the dialogue table. He revealed that the community dialogue initiative aims to involve all sectors of society in the dialogue process.
