National Legislature: National Congress ready to change its policies for homeland

Khartoum-Chairman of the national legislature Al-Fateh Izz-Eddin has announced readiness of the National Congress to change its policies for any suggestion in favor of the homeland by the political powers, saying that the dialogue has not come due to fears of the Arab spring revolutions or the international pressures.

He further called on the armed movements to participate in the dialogue with the government and Sudanese people as guarantors, saying that any foreign dialogue does not serve the interests of Sudan.

Addressing the youth sectors, Sudanese students’ union and women association on the dialogue initiative on Wednesday, the Chairman of the national legislature stressed the importance of renewal, adding that the idea of dialogue started with the 2005 peace agreement.
