Khartoum-The minister of science and telecommunication Dr. Tahani has discussed with the Secretary General of the International telecommunication union Dr Hamadoun I. Touré the negative impact on the US embargo on Sudan in field of informational technology and telecommunication.

Addressing the 10th global summit for information in Geneva, the minister said that Sudan is going ahead in consolidating the good governance and social justice and bridging the digital gap, referring out that Sudan has built a network of optical fibers exceeding 22000 kilometers.
