Beja Congress denounces arrest and terrorism policy

Khartoum-The Beja Congress has denounced what it described as the terror policy being practiced by the state, and called for the immediate release of all political detainees. The Beja Congress has also called for respecting human rights as stated in the international laws and putting an end to the policy of oppression, saying that oppression and terrorism policy will not prolong the rule of the authority.

In a press release issued by the Beja Congress leadership office, the Beja congress urged the human rights organizations, journalists and lawyers and political activists, intellectuals and religion scholars, leaders of political parties in all parts of the country to denounce the policy of terrorism by the state and to unite under one umbrella to bring down the “criminal” regime.
