Khartoum-The government of South Darfur state has made directives to send additional troops to Shataya locality to secure the voluntary repatriation villages that will be inaugurated next month, and to reinforce security in all localities.
The deputy governor of South Darfur state Mahdi Bosh has revealed coordination with the regional authority to protect the voluntary repatriation villages in Shataya, stressing the necessity of integration of the efforts between the South Darfur State and the related federal ministries to map out a plan to collect the arms illegally possessed by outlaws and to work to enforce the military presence on all localities.
He urged the native administration and the citizens to cooperate to maintain security as a joint responsibility of all sectors of society.
