Ex UNAMID official criticizes agreement with government

Khartoum-The ex spokesperson of the UN-African Union peacekeeping mission in Darfur known as UNAMID, Aisha Al-Busari, turned in her resignation in April 2013 after discovering the reality of lies, conniving and cover up in connection with the regime crimes against civilians in Darfur by senior UN officials.

Speaking to Radio Dabanga, Aisha said that the agreement with the UN, the AU and the Sudanese government stated that the mission forces shall be under the protection of the government.

She said how could a force that supposed to protect civilians from the government to be under the government protection itself.
